Corporate Wellness

Research has shown that it takes 4-9 months to develop fitness as a habit which is why I believe corporate fitness programs should be
implemented in all companies. Due to long hours of sitting and hectic working schedules, employee health is affected.

There are many benefits to implementing workplace wellness that include but are not limited to:

  1.  Less Fatigue – Daily movement increases energy and helps eliminate the afternoon “crash”.
  2. Reduce Stress – One of the significant contributors to workplace stress is continuous sitting and no body movement.

    employees in companies with corporate fitness programs have better employee performance than companies without. There is
    increased productivity when a strict fitness regimen is implemented.

    resulting in increased motivation to achieve goals and complete projects.

Each workout is designed to target all aspects of fitness such as muscular strength and conditioning, cardiovascular endurance,
